OUR COOPERATIVE
CoopTeletaxi is an associative company under private law, non-profit, Cooperative in nature, with social interest purposes, first-degree, multi-active organization, with a variable and unlimited number of associates and assets.
It was founded more than half a century ago, on June 26, 1963, as an alternative to satisfy needs in individual taxi-type transportation, monitored by the Superintendency of Ports and Transportation and the Solidarity Economy; providing individual services of public passenger transport in taxi-type vehicles, highly specialized in the city of Bogotá. It has a wide market thanks to the institutional contracting with important entities, through the Corporate Voucher System.
It currently has its main headquarters at Carrera 69 I No. 70 - 75, in the city of Bogotá.
CoopTeletaxi wants to become the organization that solves problems for its users, through continuous improvement of the transport service at the local and national level.
We have a fleet of vehicles, with a geographical coverage that includes the Capital District and the other municipalities of the national territory, with a single travel sheet authorized by the Ministry of Transport, offering a comprehensive service in them 365 days a year, the 24 hours a day.
